Payment
All payment is due before the beginning of each session.

I currently accept cash, checks, and cards as payment. If possible, please use cash or check for your payment. 

Rescheduling and Cancelation Policy

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Please do not hesitate to call or text me as soon as something arises. However, in order for me to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies must be honored:

18-Hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows someone else to schedule an appointment during your appointment time.  If you are unable to give 18 hours advance notice, you must pay a $45 Rescheduling Fee before booking again.  The payment amount for the missed appointment must be paid prior to scheduling your next appointment.

No-Shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “No-Show" and will be charged the full amount for their missed appointment.  Again, the payment amount for the missed appointment must be paid prior to scheduling your next appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.  Depending upon how late you arrive, I will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment.  Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for cost of the “full” session.  Additionally, I will wait 15 minutes for you to arrive. If you are later than that, there is no guarantee that I will still be in the office. In which case, you will be considered a No-Show and will need to pay for your appointment in full prior to your next appointment. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Exceptions
If you are sick, have a fever, or injury, please cancel your appointment as needed.

As always, certain bodywork modalities are contraindicated when you have a fever or are feeling ill! If you have questions about whether you should come in for session, please call or text.
